A computer technician will have a number of different responsibilities including the repair, installation, maintenance and analysis of many kinds of computer equipment. The equipment they work on ranges from home or office laptops or desktops to large computer systems that might run the operation of entire corporations. The exact job duties will depend on where the computer tech works and what they might focus in. For instance, some computer techs will prefer to work on networks and servers.
